PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Permit No. 81568 to DPE Materials Inc.

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Number 81568  to DPE Materials Inc. for operation of a hot mix asphalt, and crushing and screening facility located at 3999 E. County 19th St. in Yuma, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.  The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter (PM), particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter less than 10 microns (PM10), particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5), nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
