PUBLIC NOTICE | No Further Action Determination for the Pro Petroleum Inc. Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) Site

Pro Petroleum Inc. has submitted a request for a No Further Action (NFA) determination to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) for the Pro Petroleum Inc. VRP site.  The NFA requests closure for soil and groundwater and was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-181.
The Pro Petroleum, Inc. VRP site consists of a petroleum diesel terminal located in Phoenix, Arizona. Contaminants of concern at the site are petroleum related constituents for soil and groundwater.

A determination of NFA means that no further action shall be taken by ADEQ to remediate or require remediation of the site or portion of the site covered by the no further action determination, except in limited circumstances described in statute | View A.R.S. 49-181(E) >
