Public Notice | Multi-Sector General Permit Reporting Due July 15th

Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) Reporting Due to ADEQ July 15, 2016

Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) records indicate your facility is subject to Arizona’s Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) analytical monitoring and reporting requirements.

To comply, please complete and submit a Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) form to ADEQ by July 15, 2016. In addition, if your facility discharges stormwater within 2.5 miles of an Impaired Water or Outstanding Arizona Waters, your facility also is required to prepare and submit an annual report with your DMR.

For 2016, ADEQ will accept paper submittals for your DMRs. However, in accordance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) electronic reporting rule (e-reporting rule), all future annual DMRs must be submitted electronically via myDEQ.
