[Pesticide General Permit]

Dear Interested Party:

 

You are receiving this email because you are signed up for Arizona
Department of Environmental Quality's ListServe to keep informed about
the development of Arizona's AZPDES Pesticide General Permit.  

 

This email is to notify interested parties the final PGP development
meeting is scheduled for Friday, December 10, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 12:00
p.m.  The meeting will be held in Conference Room 3175 at ADEQ's central
office located at 1110 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85007.


 

The meeting is also available remotely via iLink at ADEQ's Northern
(Flagstaff) and Southern (Tucson) Regional Offices.

 

The focus of this meeting will be to discuss Arizona's deliberative
draft, Pesticide General Permit.  The draft permit is attached in
Microsoft Word format for your consideration. Please note the cross
references in the permit are often highlighted because they have not
been validated.

 

To facilitate discussion, please submit comments on the referenced
permit sections to

henninger.christopher@azdeq.gov on or before Wednesday, December 8,
2010.
