PUBLIC NOTICE | Notice of Removal from Registry for East Central Phoenix 40th Street and Indian School WQARF Site

ADEQ has completed the feasibility study (FS) for the East Central Phoenix (ECP) 40th Street and Indian School Road Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site (Site) in Phoenix, Arizona. A FS is conducted to identify a reference remedy and alternative remedies that appear to be capable of achieving established remedial objectives and to evaluate them based on the comparison criteria to select a remedy.

PUBLIC NOTICE | Notice of Removal from Registry for Tyson Wash WQARF Site

ADEQ has made a determination that no further remedial action is necessary at the Tyson Wash Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) Site in Phoenix, Arizona (“Site”) and has removed the Site from the WQARF Registry.1 ADEQ has prepared a record of decision (ROD) closeout report which contains the basis for why continued implementation of the ROD is no longer necessary.
