ADEQ has issued a record of decision (ROD), which is deemed a final administrative decision as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes §49-287.04 for the West Central Phoenix — North Plume Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site in Phoenix, Arizona. The ROD contains a description of the remedy, a responsiveness summary regarding all comments received on the proposed remedial action plan, a time for completing the remedy, a total estimated cost, and a time frame for review.

Site Information

The West Central Phoenix – North Plume WQARF site consists of a plume located in Phoenix, Arizona. The plume is bounded approximately by Highland Avenue to the north, Indian School Road to the south, 37th Avenue to the east, and 43rd Avenue to the west. Tetrachloroethene (PCE) is the primary contaminant of concern (COC) at the Site. Other COCs at the Site include trichloroethene (TCE) and 1,1-dichloroethene (DCE).
