COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposal to Update Delegation Agreement with City of Tucson

On Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, the public comment period began for the proposal to update the delegation agreement with the city of Tucson, allowing cities with populations greater than 100,000 to assume jurisdiction in fire code matters.
