Site Summary:
- Kickoff meeting held in April 2021.
- ADEQ met with the Volunteer in May 2021 to discuss path forward for removing the Declaration of Environmental Use Restriction (DEUR) and associated land use restrictions from a portion of the property.
- ADEQ facilitated a meeting with the Volunteer and the EPA in June 2021 to discuss a path forward for addressing outstanding issues related to the PCB Notification Areas located within the larger VRP site.
- A summary of work report and proposed soil sampling approach to support the Human Health Risk Assessment (HHRA) was received in July 2021. The VRP, in collaboration with its third-party risk assessor, and EPA have completed their review of the HHRA.
- Volunteer submitted a Work Plan to support the HHRA in June 2022. The Work Plan is currently being reviewed by the VRP and its third-party risk assessor, and the EPA.
