PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 83915 for APS—MCAS Facility in Yuma County

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit Number 83915 to Arizona Public Service (APS) Company for the continued operation of a microgrid facility located in Yuma County, Arizona.  The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.

The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 10 microns (PM10) and 2.5 microns (PM2.5), nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur oxides (SOX), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
