Notice: Pursuant to the Clean Water Act and in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) R18-9-A907, the Director of ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Renewal Permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Oracle Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)

Oracle Sanitary District applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.07 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Oracle Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to an unnamed wash, tributary to Canada Del Oro in the Santa Cruz River Basin in Township 9 S, Range 15 E, Section 28, in Pinal County, Arizona. The Oracle Wastewater Treatment Plant is a publicly owned treatment works that serves the Oracle community, with a service population of approximately 350 people in Oracle.
