ADEQ screens every auto repair facility upon application to ensure they meet specific requirements to participate in Voluntary Vehicle Repair Program. ADEQ confirms these auto shops have certified technicians in-house and maintain necessary vehicle repair equipment for diagnosing and repairing an emissions test failure.
