Site Summary:

  • Soil vapor extraction system was utilized for soil, and a No Further Action (NFA) determination for soil was issued in March 2014
  • Groundwater characterized and delineated onsite; no offsite groundwater contamination identified
  • Monitoring wells are sampled semi-annually
  • Monitoring reports are submitted on an Annual basis
  • In November 2020, a Data Gaps/Data Needs Work Plan was submitted
  • In December 2020, ADEQ approved the Data Gaps/Data Needs Work Plan
  • In November 2022, a Remedial Work Plan was submitted
