Notice Read the Following: Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the ADEQ Director intends to issue an amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

Permit Type

Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. 511633, LTF 61397

Permittee

Note: This permit was public noticed on June 14, 2017 and June 21, 2017. This notice provides an additional two weeks for comments.

Excelsior Mining Arizona Inc.

The facility is located in near the Town of Dragoon, Cochise County Arizona, Arizona, in Township 15 South, Range 22 East, portions of Section 36, and all of Township 15 South, Range 23 East, Section 31, of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
