Hazardous Waste Fees are updated annually to adjust for inflation, based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The following table includes annual fee changes for generation reporting (per ton and max) and permitting hourly fees. The new fee changes will be effective beginning April 1 for Q1 Generation Reporting.
