Mr. Rocha leads the Administrative Services Division, which provides support to the programs including Financial Services, Information Technology, Procurement, Human Resources, Budget, Communications and General Services. Mr. Rocha has over 40 years of government financial management experience, including 11 years with the State Auditor General, 24 years with the Department of Administration and 5 years with ADEQ. He has a degree in Accounting from Arizona State University with emphasis in Information Technology and Management. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Government Financial Manager, Certified Procurement Officer, and Past President of the National Association of State Comptroller.
