The Waste Programs Division is committed to safeguarding public health, protecting the environment and restoring natural resources through investigation, management and remediation of soil and groundwater that is contaminated with hazardous substances. The Remedial Projects Section is responsible for oversight and management of state and federal Superfund sites in Arizona.
