The UST Outreach program is a primary point of contact for UST owners and operators as well as citizens with questions and concerns about underground storage tanks. The outreach program produces and distributes a variety of information on UST policies and activities.

File Review (UST and LUST files)

When scheduling a file review, please call (602) 771-4344, send an e-mail to UST File Request or fax at (602) 771-4302.

If you need more information than is available in the online UST or LUST listings, please make an appointment to review the file. If you are unable to visit the ADEQ file room personally, you may wish to have another party, such as an environmental consultant, review the file on your behalf.

Provide the Following Information:

• Name of Requestor
• Company Name (if applicable)
• Telephone Number
• UST Facility File Number (if known)
• LUST File Number (if known)
• UST Facility Name

Reminder from the File Room
The Tank Programs Division, UST File Room does not accept reports submitted in a three-ring binder. Please use other binding methods to submit reports, such as GBC Comb or other plastic loop binding, tape or Velo binding.
